Your worry

You want to know that your project is being overseen by a professional builder who has many years experience working in both England and France.

You want to know that at the end of your works you will have all the proper receipts for your insurance, guarantees and perhaps even capital gains purposes.

You want to know that the person undertaking or overseeing your project has the appropriate insurance cover. The 'Assurance Responsabilite Decennale des Constructeurs' gives you a ten year guarantee on all works an materials.

You want to do things correctly using local tradesmen and materials.

Our priority

We will meet you at your property to discuss your works.

If required, we can give advice on how to achieve the maximum potential from your property.

We will give advice on planning issues, soil tests and septic tanks.

We will meet the tradesmen relevant to your work at your property to discuss your requirements. We'll let you know how each meeting has gone and discuss with you any suggestions or queries that the Artisans may have had.


Once the cost of your project has been agreed you will be asked to sign a copy of our estimate : devis. That is a legal agreement that insure you to get what you have sign for : no less!!!

                Work begins ...

As works progress we will send you regular progress reports and photos. If there are any delays we will  let you know.

We understand the frustrations when you are in England not knowing what is happening on your property in France.

If an Artisan has any queries we will be their contact point and we'll be your single point of contact for your questions & queries.
